My name is Flame and I became a member of xCel in December of 2017. Happily a year after I am proud to be part of a company that has encouraged me to grow and "EXCEL" since day one. I joined xCel because I wanted to train in the Hip Hop genre and because I wanted to be part of a company that had a purpose, passionate leadership, and encouraged women in the field. Before xCel I had NO Hip Hop dance training, and the growth I have experienced is amazingly felt. It feels so beautiful to be growing along side an upcoming company like xCel. I have experienced growth in my technique of course, but also in my discipline, in my determination, and my dedication. I have grown as a dancer, as an artist and as a professional. CEO and Choreographer Champ and Coach Mowett are fully invested in every single member and thanks to their coaching, training, mentorship, and guidance my FLAME continues to shine bright. My xCel sisters are also extremely supportive and encouraging! The best feeling in the world is to be pushed, challenged and encouraged by people that love and support you because they want you to be the best version of yourself! That is exactly how I feel every time I am with my xCel family! <3
