Hailing from Washington, D.C., Champ discovered her love for dance at a tender age, igniting her passion at just six years old. Since then, she has continuously pursued her dance journey, participating in professional dance companies across the DMV region, amassing over 22 years of dance expertise. In 2006, Champ embraced her inaugural role as a choreographer and director with "Dance Explosion," a dance company she founded within communal programming and partnership with DC Parks and Recreation, offering inner-city youth a cost-free avenue to nurture their dance aspirations.
As a visionary director, Champ recognized a crucial need for mentorship, which led to the inception of her impactful program "Ladies Growing Together." Professionally engaged since April 2016, Champ currently holds the position of Founder and CEO at xCel HipHop Performance Company, LLC. In this capacity, she imparts her mentorship and professional training to both adults and young girls, empowering them to express their emotions through the captivating medium of dance and personal development.

Hailing from Landover, MD, Jetta's journey in the dance industry spans over a decade, marked by more than 11 years of dedicated involvement. Dance has consistently served as her outlet from childhood, even as she engaged in activities such as cheering, ballet, and basketball. However, dance always remained her paramount passion. In 2012, at the age of 18, Jetta decided to elevate her love for dance and joined a local dance company within the metropolitan area. This pivotal step enriched her experience in the hip-hop genre, leading to numerous performances.
Presently, Jetta holds the roles of Co-founder and COO at xCel HipHop Performance Company, LLC, operating under the guidance of ChampTheCEO. In addition to her dance contributions to xCel, Jetta also manages the company's day-to-day operations. With enthusiasm, Jetta eagerly anticipates her growth as COO at xCel, mirroring the company's continuous expansion and success.
